Antiracism Book Club
The Antiracism Book Club will continue the conversation about Caste by Isabel Wilkerson. No book, no problem. There is a free audio version on YouTube.
FPC Men’s Group
On the third Sunday of the month, we invite men to gather at Pastor Doug’s office after worship. We then walk down to Bridge Street to share lunch, fellowship, and discussion. If it’s your first time, don’t worry, lunch is on us. Starting in 2023 they will be reading The Fellowship of the Ring by JRR Tolkien, followed by Cry Like A Man by Jason Wilson, founder of the Cave of Adullam in Detroit. Come see Pastor Doug if you have any questions, or would like for him to order you a book, and feel free to join the group any 3rd Sunday whether you are reading the books or not.
Pub Theology
Pub Theology Meets the last Sunday of the month (unless otherwise noted) We meet at The Foodery, 325 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
What is Pub Theology? Open and honest conversation about things that matter. A table at which all perspectives are welcome. -The format is simple: beer, conversation, and God. Come bring your questions, bring a friend, and pull up a chair. Be ready to engage with people of varying religious traditions, philosophical perspectives and life experiences. You’ll be able to share your own wrestlings and thoughts while learning something new along the way, and hey— there’s likely to be a good craft beer you haven’t tried yet! – those who drink soda, water, and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome as well!
